Exchange and Returns Policy

There is no refund allowed for any goods purchased and returns & exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any kind of service support.

Overview

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchange or replacement of goods will only be processed in case of any manufacturing defect. No return or exchange will be allowed for any other reason.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gifting or promotional items.
  • Any Garment product with your customization or Logo printed on it.
  • Any health and personal care items

To complete your return and exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received for exchange and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and in case of non availability of the goods you may receive a credit note which you can utilize for your next purchase.
